 Merry X-Mas Cake Recipe 1_Coffee & Hazelnut Cake


INGREDINETS

VANILLA SPONGE (ROUND)                      350 GRAMS

CREAMBELL WHITE GOLD                       300 GRAMS

HAZELNUT PASTE                                       100 GRAMS

COFFEE                                                          10 GRAMS

SUGAR SYRUP                                              120GRAMS



METHOD

Slice vanilla sponge in three layers and soak in sugar syrup.

Fold 150grams of Creambell White Gold with Hazelnut paste or (Nutella can be substitute)

Layer cake with hazelnut cream filling and press slightly to remove any air pockets

Make coffee dilution with few drops of water and fold in remaining cream.

Frost the cake with coffee cream.

Make rosettes with nozzle and garnish as per requirement.

Serve chilled .
